Hi mate !!
Angle between two lines will be the same as angle between their tangents.
Therefore Tan(@) = m1 -m2 / 1+m1m2
m1 = 2ax+b. and. m2 = 2ap+q
Now put the given value in the above formula to find angle between two curves
