since lines are parallel,

angle FCD=b=108°-(opposite angles)

a+b=180°-(Angles in linear pair)

108+b=180

b=180-108

b=72°

a=b       ( base angles of isosceles trapezium are equal )

a= 180-108= 72        ( adjacent angles are supplementary)

b= 72, a= 72
