Let the angles be "2x", "4x" and "3x."

By angle-sum property:

                   2x + 4x + 3x = 180

                                   9x = 180

                                     x  = 20

Hence , the angles of the triangle are: 40 degrees, 80 degrees, and 60 degrees. The smallest is, obviously, 20 degrees.
