 \tan(30)  =  \frac{opposite}{adjacent}

 \tan(30)  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }

 \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{opposite}{30}

 \frac{10 \times 3}{ \sqrt{3} }  = opposite

\boxed{the\: height \:of \:building\: is \:10√3}
