Answer:

102.67 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :- Central angle of sector = 60°, radius of circle = 14 cm.

To Find :- Area of sector whose central angle and radius are given.

Solution :-

Angle of sector = 60°, radius of circle = 14 cm.

We know that,

Area of circle (or sector of central angle ) = πr²

∴ Area of sector whose central angle is 60° = πr² × 60°/360°

                                                                         =  πr² ÷ 6

                                                                         = ( 22/7 × 14 × 14 ) ÷ 6

                                                                         = 616 ÷ 6

                                                                         = 102.67 cm²

Therefore, area of sector whose central angle is 60° and radius is 14 cm is 102.67 cm² .
