r+p+q=180°

But we are given

r+r/3+r-r/3=180°

If we take LCM, we get

(3r+r+3r-r)/3=180°

6r=540°

r=90°

p=90/3=30°

q=90-90/3=60°

So the angles p,q,r are 30°,60°, and 90° respectively.
