Hey...

Here’s ur answer...

Given: x + y = 180.....

So,    x = 180 - y..... (1)

Now we know that.... x = y + 60.. (2)

So from (1) and (2), we get:

180 - y = y + 60...

So, 180 - 60 = y + y

So, 2y = 120

Therefore.... y = 120/2 = 60....

Now to find angle x...

x + y = 180..

So, x + 60 = 180

So therefore, angle x = 120....

Hope it helps... :)

akshat3026: ok
rsafikaroselin: Ok found...
rsafikaroselin: So let us assume that the first angle is ‘x’... and the second one as ‘4/5 x’....
rsafikaroselin: so..... x + 4/5x = 90.. which is equal to 9x/5 = 90.... and x = 50....
rsafikaroselin: so the first angle is 50 and the second angle is 4/5 of 50 which is 40.....
rsafikaroselin: hope u understand.. :)
