let \: common \: ratio \: be \: x \: then \: by \: using \: angle \: sum \: property \\ 2x + 4x + 3x = 180 \\ 9x = 180 \\ x = 20 \\ smallest \: angle = 2 \times x \\  = 2 \times 20 \\  = 40.....answer

if the three angles are in the ratio of 2:4:3
we know that the sum of the three angles is 180
then
2x+4x+3x= 180
then \\ (2 + 4 + 3)x = 180 \\ 9x = 180
then x is equal to 20
then
each angle is
2 ×20 {first}
4×20 {second}
3×20 {third }
then the angles are 40 , 80 ,60 degrees
