As we know the sum of angles of quadrilateral is 360

Than

4x+5x+10+7x-20+6x+18=360

9x-10+13x+18=360

22x+8=360

22x=352

x=352/22

x=16

Then the angles are

First angle=16*4=64

Second angle =5x+10=80+10=90°

Third angle =(7*16)-20=112-20=92

Fourth angle =(6*16)+18=96+18=114

Verification

64+90+92+114=360

154+206=360

360=360

Hence proved
