ANSWER IS 9

STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION

given ,

Q1+Q2=90° AND Q1+Q2=180°

Q2 = 11/9×Q1

let's put the values in formula

Q1 + 11/9×Q1 = 180

20Q1/9 = 180

now solve by dividing ....

Q1 = 81 put this value in complementary formula

81 + Q2 = 90

hence the answer is 9.
