Angles x & y forms a linear pair and x+2y=30°.what will be the value of y ?​

Your question is invalid.

You said that x & y form a linear pair, it means their sum is 180.

x + y = 180 --- (i)

Now, If we follow : x + 2y = 30

It would be invalid because it surely needs to be more than 180 because it is more than the sum of x & y and an angle can not be a negative integer.
