Animal activists are against the silk production. Why?

Because for the production of silk

Silk culture farmers collect cocoons of silkworms and inorder to extract silk from the cocoons they are booked in

Boilers which leads to death of worms in those cocoons.

If this practice continues then in no time silkworms will be amongst the extinct creatures of world

to to make silks, the the coupon of the silk boiled

in the water and as result the worms die in the process of making silk hence, the animal activists are against the silk production.
