In plant cell cell wall is present but in animal cell the the cell wall is absent.In the animal cell the true vacuole are absent sometimes small vacuole are present in protoplasm anywhere but in plant cell it is large and present in center.

Animal cell lacks cell wall, and the store food are glycogen and fats of animal.  Whereas plant cell have cell wall and glucose and starch are the stored food of plant.
