Answer:

Animals hunt because they have to; humans hunt because they can.

This is one of the brutal truths I have ever come across.

Animals lack intelligence, their basic needs lie in survival. Therefore, it's absolutely justified on their part to kill to live.

Gone are the days when humans had to survive like a primate, hunting down animals and gathering stuffs. We homo sapiens are intelligent and civilized now, posses extra ordinarily advanced technology and think of colonizing Mars. Hunting and poaching on our part is nothing but a shame to the mankind. After drastic revolutions we have to reduce to the level of animals. Our obsession with materialism and greed has taken countless lives., and many more still counting. It's just because we humans are "able" and consider ourselves to have the "sole right" of inflicting injury on others that we go the extent of committing such heinous crimes.

Thus, it's justified that animals hunt because they have to whereas humans hunt because they can.
