Animals like tiger are dangerous for humans;then too 'project tiger'has been launched.Why should we protct such animals?

We should protect tigers because they are very important carnivore of food chain, nowadays they are in of endangered category and we have to protect them from becoming extinct, without tigers food chain will get disturbed thatswhy many projects are passed by government to protect tigers. As though as they are dangerous for us.
