Hii dear,

● Answer -

Profit = 13.33 %

● Explanation -

Let x be the cost price of each watch bought by Anish.

Total cost price = 30x

He sold 20 watches as 10% profit,

Selling price = 20 × x × (100+10)/100

Selling price = 20x × 1.1

Selling price = 22x

He sold rest 10 watches as 20% profit,

Selling price = 10 × x × (100+20)/100

Selling price = 10x × 1.2

Selling price = 12x

Total selling price will be -

Total selling price = 22x + 12x

Total selling price = 34x

Percentage profit is calculated by -

Profit = (selling price - cost price) × 100 / cost price

Profit = (34x - 30x) × 100 / 30x

Profit = 4x × 100 / 30x

Profit = 13.33 %

Therefore, Anish made a profit of 13.33% on the whole.

Thanks dear...

Answer:

13.33

Step-by-step explanation:

Hello,

Let the price of one watch be ₹10.

therefore, price of 30 watches will be ₹300.

He sold 20 watches at profit of 10%.

Sp1 = 20×10+(200×10/100)

=200+(20)

=220

He then sold remaining 10 watches for 20% profit

Sp2= 10×10+(100×20/100)

=100+(20)

=120

Therefore, total SP = Sp1+Sp2

= 220+120

=340

So profit will be Sp - Cp = 340-300 = 60

Therefore, %p= p/cp ×100

=40/300 ×100

=13.33
