principal is Rs.500
time is 1 year
rate is 4%

Simple interest= principal×rate×time/100

SI=P×R×T/100
=500×4×1/100
=Rs.20

Rs.20 interest

sappu5: plz full explain SI kya h yaha t kya h

Given,\\Principal(P) = Rs.500\\Rate(R) = 4\%\\Time(t) = 1 \ year\\\\S.I = \frac{P\times R\times T}{100}\\\\S.I =\frac{500\times4\times1}{100} \\\\\boxed{\boxed{S.I = Rs.20}}\\\\Amount = P +SI\\Amount = 500+20\\\boxed{\boxed{Amount = Rs.520}}

duragpalsingh: Thanks!
