Anita is twice as old as Mahesh. The years ago, Anita was seven times as old as Mahesh.Find their present ages.

Let the present ages of Manish and Anita be m and a respectively.

a = 2m

(a - 10) = 7(m - 10)

2m - 10 = 7m - 70

5m = 60

m = 12

a = 24

Anita's present age = 24 years

Manish's present age = 12 years
