She installed CCTV in the kitchen and observed that the employees attend their personal phone calls at the workplace and the gas burners remained idle due to inefficient working habits. If employees adhere to standard time norm, it will also result in an efficient use of resources and more revenue to the firm. As a result, She banned use of mobile phones during working hours.
