Let us say the number of questions, Afzal answered correctly = $x$

and the number of questions, Afzal answered wrongly = $y$

Now, since Afzal had attempted all questions,

⇒ $x + y = 200$ ---------A

Also since Afzal scored 300 marks,

⇒ $4x - y = 300$ --------- B

Now if we solve the above equations, that is A and B

we get $5x = 500$

⇒ $x = 100$

Thus $y = 100$

Henceforth, Afzal has answered 100 questions correctly.
