Answer:

In a circle

C =88

 2πr =88

 πr=88\2

22\7 r = 44

r = 44×7\22

r = 14

area of a circle =πr²

      A =22\7×14×14

      A = 616 cm²

In a  square

p = 88 cm

4×a = 88

  a =88\4

  a =22

area of a square =a²

    A = 22²

    A = 484 cm²

Circle encloses more area by (616_484 =132 cm².)
