To do so, he should use the tables feature of the MS PowerPoint presentation software (or any other software he's using...). In PowerPoint, he should select the slide, go to the insert tab and click on tables option, specify the no. of rows and columns required and powerpoint will create the table. Now, he just needs to put in the values as per his choice. Thanks!
