Since each has to pay 5 plastic chips .

Let us take person with 15 plastic chips value :-

• Person with 20 chips gives him 1 his chip of value 20 and take a 15 plastic chip value . => person with 20 chips gives him 5 extra .
• now, Person with 10 chips gives him 2 his chip of value 10 and take a 15 plastic chip value => He also give him 5 chips extra .

now, person with 15 plastic chips paid 1 chip of value 15 and with this they all paid 5 plastic chips for the ride .
