According to question

Total Amount of Pizza dough made by Annabel and Eric = 17 Ounce
Given that

Dough used for making Pizza = 5/8 of total dough
                                                  = 5/8 of 17
                                                 = 85/8 Ounce
Thus
Dough used for making Calzones = 17 - 85/8
                                                      = 136 - 85 / 8
                                                      = 51/8 Ounce

Difference in Amount of Dough used for pizza and for Calzones = 85/8 - 51/8
                                                                                                      = 34 / 8

Solution :-

Pizza dough made by Annabel and Eric = 17 ounces

Used by them to make a pizza = 5/8th part

Rest used by them to make calzones = 1/1 - 5/8

= (8 - 5)/8

= 3/8th part was used to make calzones

⇒ 5/8 of 17 ounce

= (5*17)/8

= 85/8

So, 85/8 was used to make pizza.

Used for making calzones = (3*17)/8

= 51/8 was used for making calzones

Difference between both = 85/8 - 51/8

= 34/8

= 17/4 or 4 1/4

So, 4 1/4 ounces of more dough was used for making pizza.
