Anne frank's diary is nothing but a book under the title "the diary of a young girl ". It is edited by her father Otto H. Frank. This book is single most true life  story that emerged from the second world war. In july 1942, 13 year old Anne and her family went to hiding because of Hitler's oppressive rule.They chose an Amsterdam warehouse as their hiding place.This book provides a pen portrait of the Hitler's rule in a teenage girls point of view.

Unemployment was high and poverty was severe in Germany, and it was the period in which Adolf Hitler and his party were gaining more and more supporters. Hitler hated the Jews and blamed them for the problems in the country. He took advantage of the rampant antisemitic sentiments in Germany. The hatred of Jews and the poor economic situation made Anne's parents, Otto and Edith Frank, decide to move to Amsterdam.
