Solution :
Total number of empty cans = 1925
Let Ryan collects x cans .
therefore , Anne collects x/2 cans.
Joel collects 2x cans .
we know that ,
Cans collected by Ryan + Cans Collected by Anne + Cans collected by Joel =total number of empty cans.
=> x + x/2 + 2x = 1925
=> 3x + x/2 = 1925
=> ( 2*3x + x )/2 = 1925
=> 6x + x = 2*1925
=> 7x = 3850
=> x = 3850/7
=> x= 550
Hence cans Collected by Ryan = x= 550
Cans collected by Anne = x/2 = 550/2 = 275
Cans collected by Joel = 2x = 2*550 = 1100
Hope this helps You!!

Let the coins collected by Ryan = x
therefore, coins collected by Anne = 1/2 x = 0.5 x
and coins collected by Joel = 2x
According to the question:
x + 0.5 x + 2 x = 1925
=> x = 550
Cans collected by jole = 550 * 2 = 1100
therefore, coins collected by Anne = 1/2 x = 0.5 x
and coins collected by Joel = 2x
According to the question:
x + 0.5 x + 2 x = 1925
=> x = 550
Cans collected by jole = 550 * 2 = 1100
