Anne's teacher, Mr. Keesing understoods Anne's intention of talking in the class. Since, she proved a lot of consequences and even wrote the first two eassys which was given as a punishment by Mr. Keesing. He knews that Anne played a joke on him but still he didn't said anything to her as he himself laughed while reading the easy based on a poem. And it made feel Anne that Mr. Keesing took her joke in a light/right way.
