Annual income of Rekha = 120,000

Her monthly expenditure = 5000

Then her yearly expenditure will be :-

 = 5000 \times 12

 \color{hotpink}= 60,000

Then her yearly savings will be :-

 \color{hotpink}= 60,000

Monthly income of Reena = 12,000

Then her yearly income will be :-

 = 12000 \times 12

\color{hotpink} = 144,000

Her monthly expenditure = 5000

Her annual expenditure = 60,000

Then , her yearly savings :-

 = 144000 - 60000

 \color{hotpink}= 84,000

Ratio of annual savings of Rekha to the annual savings of Reena :-

 = 60000 : 84000

 =  \frac{60000}{84000}

 =  \frac{60}{84}

 =  \frac{5}{7}

\color{hotpink} = 5 : 7

Which means 5:7 is the ratio of their annual savings .

Therefore ratio of annual savings of Rekha to the annual savings of Reena = 5:7 .
