                                ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION

This is to inform you all that our school is going to celebrate "25th ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION". Our school asked for the students who are interested in taking part in it. It will be held on 25th march 2019. I hope you all will take part in it.

       A notice has three parts – head, body and authority /contact person.

1) The Head is the eye catcher. It talks about the main topic or the issue of the notice.

Example: a) Notice – Dance competition

b) Notice – Annual magazine of school

c) Notice – Sports competition

2) Body includes all the details of the event.

3) Authority /contact person à Name or/ and signature of notice issuing authority needs to be included in the end. If the notice involves meeting someone to submit the name, paper or other things, do not forget to mention the contact person name, meeting place, and time and phone number. Contact person is crucial as he/she is needed for further clarification and information.

This is to inform all the students that annual day 2019 will be celebrated on 1 january 2019 from 6pm to 11 pm in the school auditorium with various cultural programmes.ottappalam sub collector mr. ravi teja will grace the occassion as a chief guest.students who would like to participate in various programmes should contac thier respective class teacher latest by december 23 ,2108.
