Equivalent resistance in wire = R1 +R2

In above wire= 5 +20

= 25 ohm

In below wire= 15+10

= 25 ohm

In parallel resistance 1/R =1/R1 + 1/R2

=1/25 + 1/25

=2/25

R=12.5 ohm

Current =voltage/resistance

=24/12.5

=1.98 Ampere
