Dialect is the accent the people have when speaking their country's language. So like in Philippines, a batangeño will sound different from the usual Manila people or those in Bulacan. People from Luzon, Visayas and Mindenao consists of a variety of dialects.

So... when I said "speaking their country's language" this is what wika is. Wika is the language used in a country, for Philippines, it is Tagalog.

ang wika ay ang salitang ginagamit sa isang bansa o lugar ,samantala ang diyalekto ay sumasaklaw naman sa barayiti ng wika ng ginagamit ng isang pook o rehiyon
