anoorag picked up a can of milk & saw that the upper sealing foil had necome dome-shaped.He turned around the tin & noticed the lines---'Discard if the sealing foil becomes Dome-Shaped'.Can you explain why?

If the can is dome shaped then it means that the seal of the can is broken. If the seal of the can is broken then the food inside is spoiled as it has get in contact with many germs and bacteria. So we should discard that food can because spoiled food can cause death and many serious diseases.
