because in the question, there has been said that the no. ends in the tenth place. and 50 is the nearest ten when rounding. so in the tenth place it will be 4 and we know that when we round a no. which is greater than 5 then the no. increases to 1 .
For example:
579 ;in this no. 9 is greater than 5 so it will become 580 when we will round the no. 579
574 ;in this no. 4 is less than 5 so it will remain same as 574.
in the option there only 8 that is greater than 5 so when 48 will be rounded it will become 50.
