Ans-1 1. Arian is an employee who is never on time for work or meetings. He has been issued several
warning memos but in vain. The management is not able to take stringent action against him as he is
very good at his work and is one of the top performers. As his reportingauthority you still feel that
he should respect time and be disciplined. From the different elements of reinforcement which one
should his manager choose to get the desired behaviour? Conclude by giving why it (the one which
you chose) is the best suited.

Arian I appreciate your hard and your performance during the current year. I also agree  that you are the top performer of the year.

  • Even though you are top performer, one should have discipline and devotion towards his duty. Timely coming to office and attending the meeting on time is also one of the prime duty of every employee.
  • I suggest you that if you feel responsibility and if you are discipline minded your down team will also feel responsible and you can also have control over them.
  • Being the reporting authority, I suggest you once again not to repeat such type of lapses in your future for better development of your career. Self discipline is very important than anything. It is the main character to decide your character. Only sincere hard work will not make you to reach success you behavior and character will also play very important role in developing you career.
  • I hope you understand and will not repeat the same again.
