I case a electrolytic cell a is having Nacl which dissociate completely into irons which is responsible for conductivity I case b electrolytic cell b has acetic acid which is weak electrolyte and hence dissociate partelly resulting into less conductivity so bulb glow dim I case c electrolytic cell has distilled water which has no iron and hence do not conduct electricity at all .so the bulb will not glow
