First find the cumulative freqs.
Obs. Cf.

Hence, there are odd number of observations (23).
Therefore,
median = (n+1/2)th observation
= (24/2)th obs.
= 12 th observation
And as we can see from the cumulative freq. table that the 12 th observation is 14 (in fact all observations from 10-19 are 14); we can conclude that the median is 14.
(Tip: Just remember that median means the middle-most term of a list of observations...)
