Here's is the answer

Let the digits be x and y
The number= 10x + y

The sum of digits= x+y
According to the question

10x + y= 3(x+y)
10x +y=3x=3y
10x-3x+y-3y=0
7x-2y=0 ------------eq. 1

10x+y+18=10y+x
10x-x+y-10y=-18
9x-9y=-18 ----------- eq. 2

eq1 x 9 and eq2 x7

63x-18y=0
63x-63y=-126
-----------------------
45y=126
y=126/45

Put the y's value in eq1

Hope it will help!
