by applying radical rule

 \sqrt{ab} =   \sqrt{a}  \sqrt{b \:}

now \:   \sqrt{1573}  =  \sqrt{11 {}^{2}.13 }

11 \sqrt{13}

in decimal = 40 not perfectly forty but around it
