let's jump on to the question ..
look x=0 and t=0 (Given) this means that object is at rest ... hence initial velocity =0
Now , with the help of three eqn of motion we can apply one here
v=u+at , where u is zero , acceleration is alpha which is constant
Now if acceleration is constant and body is moving in positive direction from rest it is obvious that,
