It is option 2.

I dont know the correct way to solve.

I will solve it in another way.

If we take take the magnitude of 7i+24j ie

 \sqrt{ {7}^{2} +  {24}^{2}  }

=25m/s.

But we should get the answer as 50 as the speed is 50 and velocity is just the speed with direction. So if we multiply it with 2, we get 2(7i+24j) = 2×25=50m/s.

It is a wild way of giving an answer. Hope it is clear.
