2. for every extra minute she pays 60paise thus for 1 min she pays 60p
3. the number of mins she can talk in one month is 12000÷60 = 200mins
4. if she pays rs 300 i.e. 30000paise in a month then the number of mins she is talking is 30000÷60 = 500 mins

thus in one month if she is allowed to talk for 200mins and she is actually talking for 500 mins then she is talking 300 mins extra i.e. 500mins-200mins = 300mins.
