SOLUTION

The Isotopes of chlorine are in the ratio 3:1. It means that the two Isotopes are 75% & 25% respectively.

Average atomic mass of Chlorine

 =  >  \frac{35 \times 75}{100}  +  \frac{37 \times 25}{100}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{105}{4}  +  \frac{37}{4}  \\  \\   =  >  \frac{142}{4}  \\  \\  =  > 35.5u
