KHARIF CROPS :

Kharif crops are grown with the onset of monsoon in different parts of the country .

Kharif crops are harvested in September - October.

some khaif crops are - maize, mooong, cotto, jute, groundnut etc.

RABI CROPS :

rabi crops are sown in winter from October to December.

rabi crops are harvested in summer from April to June .

some rabi crops are - wheat, peas,  grams, mustard etc.

ZAID CROPS :

zaid crops are sown in between the rabi and kharif crops season. there is a short season months known as the zaid .

some zaid crops are - watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, vegetables.
