The simplified form of the given expression is y (4x² + 7y³) (3 - 2y).

• The given expression is (4x² + 7y³) (3xy - 2y²)

Therefore, (4x² + 7y³) (3xy - 2y²)

= 4x² (3xy - 2y²) + 7y³ (3xy - 2y²)

= 4x².3xy - 4x².2y² + 7y³.3xy - 7y³.2y²

= 12x³y - 8x²y² + 21xy⁴ - 14y⁵

• Now, taking out the common factors between first and second term, and third and fourth term :

4x²y (3x - 2y) + 7y⁴ (3x - 2y)

= (4x²y + 7y⁴) (3 - 2y)

• Further, taking out the common factor y between first and second term :

y (4x² + 7y³) (3 - 2y)

• Therefore, (4x² + 7y³) (3xy - 2y²) = y (4x² + 7y³) (3 - 2y)
