1. Sodium and potassium are stored under kerosene as they are highly reactive and get burnt up when in contact with air or water.

2. Iron and Aluminium can displace hydrogen from dilute HCl.

3. Magnesium is more reactive and has higher affinity towards oxygen than copper, so it will burn in air.

4. Containers of copper, zinc, aluminium and iron should not be used to store food stuff as they are reactive.

5. CuSO4 + Zn -------> ZnSO4 + Cu

Zinc being more reactive will displace copper from its solution. Its colour will change from blue to colourless.
