Solution :

Here m=3kg,u=2m/s,υ=3.5m/s,t=25s,F=?

As

F=ma=am

(υ-u)

t

∴F={3(3.5-2)}/25

=0.18N

As direction of motion does not change and magnitude of velocity in increases , therefore , must be along the direction of motion.
