in triangle BCD
ANGLE DBC + ANGLE DCB + ANGLE BDC = 180
ANGLE BDC = 180 - 60 = 120
ANGLE BDC + ANGLE BAC =180 ( CYCLIC QUADRILATERAL )
ANGLE BAC = 60° ANSWER.

60° is the measure of angle BAC.
Remember angle ABC is 90° (angle formed in a semi-circle)
