We know,

s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}  \\ 128 = 0(t)+ \frac{1}{2} (4) {t}^{2} \\ 128 =  \frac{1}{2} (4) {t}^{2}  \\  {t}^{2}  = 64 \\ t =  \sqrt{64}  \\ t = 8s
