• Question tag is very small question of  2 words which is quite common in english language and the purpose of this question tag is to confirm the question as well as checks the statement.

• There are certain rules for usage of question tags such as we have to understand that whether main clause is negative or positive.

• If main clause in negative then question tag will be postive and if main clause is positive then question tag should be negative.

• Examples :-  I am working hard, amn't I ?

                            He isn't a fool, is he ?
