Sum of two rational number=5
One rational number=13÷6
Another rational =x
13÷6+x=5
13+6x÷6=5
13+6x=30
6x=30-13
X=17÷6
X=2.833

then,
let x be the other number.
⇒ x + 13/6 = 5
⇒ x = 5 - 13/6
⇒ x = (30-13)/6
⇒ x = 17/6.
